If you aren’t on Facebook (or prefer not to post on Facebook), simply leave a comment on this post with your results so far instead.

I look forward to hearing your updates this week!

I have LOTS of updates for you as well. I’m finally back home from my trip, which didn’t go so great unfortunately. I’m still processing that and I’m sure there will be valuable lessons for me to learn out of it all… which I’ll be sure to share with you, along with the meals I ate (and didn’t eat) on the trip. 🙂

As for MY weigh in, I’m 138.4 pounds today. That’s 2.2 pounds lost over the last four weeks – which is really good for me. I came home from my trip weighing less, but feeling very bloated and achy and puffy. So I’m letting all that settle and eating very simple while I recover. Last night I devoured a 10 ounce ribeye for dinner with a little roasted broccoli. 🙂

p.s. For whatever reason, this Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale at Perfect Keto is STILL working – or it was as of 30 minutes ago. I have no idea when they’ll catch that and expire the code, but at the moment it’s still working!

The sale is on this page: http://perfectketo.com/B2G1/lynn

It works out to save almost $40 on 3 canisters of collagen, or 3 boxes of keto bars. Or you can mix & match too. Either way it’s a GREAT deal!

Go to: http://perfectketo.com/B2G1/lynn and see if it’s still working. I’m sure they’re going to pull it ANY minute… if they haven’t already. 😉

Apologies if you miss it – I had no idea it would still be working this morning, and if it STILL is when you see this… I thought you’d want to know!
