This week I’ve got you covered with all kinds of tasty recipes you will love. The most amazing healthy muffins, delicious chicken tacos, a spaghetti squash boat that is so good, and our favorite honey mustard pork!
Now on to this week’s meal plan! It starts out with Banana Quinoa Chia Seed Muffins, Turkey Ranch BLT Wraps, and Slow Cooker Tomato Chipotle Chicken Tacos. Monday brings Mediterranean Turkey Spaghetti Squash Boats and Tuesday is a Thai Basil Ground Beef Bowl. Wednesday is Honey Mustard Pork and Thursday is Grilled Spice Rubbed Turkey Tenderloins. To end the week, meals include Grilled Salmon and a Greek Yogurt Parmesan Chicken.

Slow Cooker Tomato Chipotle Tacos: This is an old recipe, hence the horrible photo, but its too good not to share. Between the sweet tomatoes and spicy chipotles, these tacos are some of the best chicken tacos around.
Thai Basil Ground Beef Bowls: Thai is one of my favorite options for takeout, so I love to experiment with those same flavors at home. This simplified version of Thai Beef with Basil couldn’t be more delicious and is so easy to make.
Easy Grilled Vegetables: While the weather is warm, I like to pack in as many grill meals as possible. And these simple grilled veggies are my go-to side dish for a meal on the grill.
Banana Quinoa Chia Muffins: I love these muffins for back to school! They are packed with so many healthy ingredients but still taste like a delicious banana muffin.
